Being out of state and having no knowledge of the Phoenix real estate market, Maureen guided me through getting my elderly mother's property priced and presentable for sale. She gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done to sell the property and helped me locate workmen to do the jobs. She kept me advised of the buyer traffic and feedback and always, always, returned my calls and emails within a day's time.
